These terms apply to the use of the services of Sound of Holloway, in particular for uploading, sharing, and streaming audio content as well as participating in collaborative projects. Deviating terms of the user are not recognized.

An account is required to use certain features. You are obliged to keep your access data confidential and to inform us of any unauthorized use. You are liable for all activities that take place under your account.

You retain all rights to the content you upload. However, by uploading, you grant us a simple, unlimited in time and territory right of use for provision on the platform. Uploading copyrighted works without permission is prohibited.

It is prohibited to distribute content that violates applicable law, in particular copyright infringements, illegal downloads, gambling, cryptocurrencies, fraud, or violence. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to immediately block the account.

We are only liable for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded insofar as no essential contractual obligations are affected. We assume no responsibility for third-party content.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will inform you of significant changes by email or by a notice on the platform. If you do not object within four weeks, the new terms will be deemed accepted.
